i myself like to eat prawn a lot. I can eat up to 10 by myself. But after reading your post, i will lower the intake of prawn up to 5 because 1 prawn contain 195mg of cholesterol equals to 65% of cholesterol intake. that is scary! ReplyDeleteYou can continue eating prawn as long as you eat moderate, for example one day you can limit yourself to 5 prawn.
