Good Cholesterol is also known as HDL(High Density Liporotein). It transport cholesterol and triglycerides to the liver for excretion or re-utilization and reduce extra cholesterol from the body.

I love avocado milkshake. I like avocado because i heard that there is whitening and nourish skin effect. I did not know avocado is a good cholesterol choice. I will continue drinking avocado milkshake. Thanks for the great information provided.
