Preparation

Pan-Fried Watercress
1. Wash and Soak the watercress
2. Dice garlic and some ginger
3. Put olive oil into the pan and fry the garlic and ginger till it's golden brown
4. Put watercress inside the pan and fry until its cooked
5. Put red chilli and fry, then put salt and continue fry.
6. Pan-Fried Watercress is ready to be serve.


Chinese Watercress Soup

Chinese Watercress Soup


1. Wash and Soak the watercress
2. Boil the water.
3. Prepare watercress, dates, pork, carrot and ingredients you want to put
4. Add moderate salt to suit your taste
5. Boil for 4 hours
6.Ready to be serve:)
